What is the delivery time?
The delivery period consists of two phases:

Processing time:
Within 3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. Your package will then be prepared for shipment.

Delivery time:

• Worldwide: 2-3 business days

Shipping is handled by DHL, FEDEX or UPS.
All shipping times exclude customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delays may occur.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Where is my package?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parts.

My tracking number is not working?

It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. We kindly ask for your patience. If the tracking does not provide any updates, please contact us.
